| TUITION: | $300.00 for the 1st instructor and $200.00 for the 2nd. Includes 32 hours instruction, 3 years certification & OPN Instructor Manual. $200.00 for OPN Instructor recertification. |
| DESCRIPTION: | This is a certified training course in the approved OPN Instructor techniques. Students who successfully complete this course are certified for 3 years and are capable to instruct the Basic OPN Course. The OPN is currently implemented in over 200 Law Enforcement agencies nationally. |
| INSTRUCTOR: | Kevin D. Orcutt is inventor of the OPN, Master Instructor and President of Orcutt Police Defensive Systems, Inc. Mr. Orcutt is currently a Sergeant with the Thornton P.D., CO. He holds a 1st Degree Black Belt in Jukado, and is nationally recognized for the OPN. He has appeared on “ABC World News Tonight”, “CBS This Morning”, “CNN”, “People Magazine”, "The Science Channel", and “Law and Order Magazine”. Mr. Orcutt was inducted into the “1997 World Martial Arts Hall of Fame”, receiving the “Life Achievement” award. 2011 is Mr. Orcutt’s 28th year certifying OPN Instructors. |
